Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to Soli Football Academy. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website and participation in programs provided by Soli Football Academy in Melbourne, Victoria.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or registration, or enrolling a child in one of our programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrolment

Soli Football Academy provides football training programs for children aged 5–12.

Submitting a registration of interest does not guarantee a place in a program. A place is confirmed once enrolment has been accepted by Soli Football Academy and any required payment has been received.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during enrolment is accurate and up to date.

2. Program Fees and Payment

Program fees, session frequency and term duration will be communicated before enrolment is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, programs operate in 10-week terms.

Payment must be made by the due date provided. A player’s place may not be confirmed until the required payment has been received.

3. Missed Sessions

If a player misses a scheduled session for personal reasons, including illness, holidays or other commitments, the session is generally not refundable or transferable.

Where possible, Soli Football Academy may offer an alternative or make-up session, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Session Changes and Cancellations

Sessions may occasionally need to be changed, postponed or cancelled due to weather, unsafe playing conditions, venue availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where Soli Football Academy cancels a session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement session, credit or another appropriate arrangement.

Parents and guardians will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Requests to cancel an enrolment should be made by contacting Soli Football Academy.

Any refund or credit will depend on the circumstances, including whether the program has commenced and any costs already incurred by the Academy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Player Behaviour

Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, other players, parents, venue staff and property.

Soli Football Academy may speak with a parent or guardian where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In serious or repeated circumstances, a player may be removed from a session or program where reasonably necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of participants and staff.

7. Health, Medical Information and Safety

Parents and guardians must provide relevant medical, allergy, injury or other health information that may affect their child’s safe participation.

Parents and guardians must notify Soli Football Academy if this information changes.

Football involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. Soli Football Academy will take reasonable steps to provide a safe training environment and appropriately structured activities.

In an emergency, reasonable steps may be taken to obtain appropriate medical assistance for a player where a parent or guardian cannot immediately be contacted.

8. Drop-Off and Collection

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected safely and on time.

Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian before being accepted into the session and following the conclusion of the session.

Any alternative collection arrangements should be communicated to Soli Football Academy in advance.

9. Photography and Video

Photographs or video identifying a child will only be used by Soli Football Academy where the appropriate parent or guardian consent has been obtained.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting us. Further information may be provided through our enrolment and photography consent processes.

10. Training Kit Offers

Where a complimentary Soli Football Academy training kit is included with an eligible enrolment, the offer is subject to the stated eligibility requirements and availability of sizes and stock.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

11. Venues and Program Information

Training locations, schedules, coaches and program arrangements may change where reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected families of significant changes.

12. Website Use
